the hotel location is convenient. it allows direct access to the queen street mall. the room featured an open-plan bathroom. i was pleased the hotel eliminated single-use plastics.
the entrance can be difficult to locate for late-night arrivals. i received an email with directions, but it arrived late the day before my arrival. it is unlikely anyone would check emails so late while traveling.

A Stay with Disappointing Aspects

My room felt smaller than expected (especially considering the price). The bathroom design seemed awkward. I also found the noise levels to be quite disruptive. I could hear sounds from outside and above, impacting my sleep quality.

the hotel is in the heart of the main shopping area. shops and restaurants were within an easy walk, very convenient. my room was always clean and quiet. i found the amenities were good for a short stay (i especially liked the pool).

the gym contained several treadmills. the pool area featured many loungers. i appreciated the prompt car service from the valet. they offered bottles of water.

My room felt smaller than advertised, a disappointment. The layout seemed awkward. I also found the breakfast quality lacking for a hotel of this supposed caliber. The coffee was not good and there was no hot water on arrival.
