convenient location adequate selection accommodating host breakfast table
the location proved convenient, with easy access to the beach. i found the breakfast selection more than adequate. the hosts were accommodating and addressed our late arrival. the dedicated breakfast table was a thoughtful touch.
the plumbing emitted occasional loud noises! the water temperature was difficult to regulate during showers.

poor insulation steep driveway
the room size was acceptable.
The noise insulation was not good. I could hear everything from the room next to mine. the shower temperature was difficult to regulate. it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. parking was also a hassle because of the steep driveway.

A good stay!
warm welcome excellent breakfast outdoor pool
Dave and Diane offered a warm welcome and a excellent breakfast. It prepared me well for my days of exploring the coast. Taking a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool upon my arrival was REALLY nice. The hosts seemed genuinely invested in.
The plumbing presented some challenges, the water temperature fluctuated significantly. Showers were a bit difficult to manage because of this issue. I hope they can address it soon .

varied breakfast excellent cleanliness
David gave me a warm and cute greeting upon my arrival. He showed me to my room and told me about the dining arrangements and longe room etc. Breakfast was varied and cooked to order. It was DELICIOUS!!! Cleanliness was excellent, too.
The plumbing wasn't great. The water was either too hot or cold, made showering difficult.
