Fantastic Beachfront Stay!

The included pier transfers were a great convenience. Buffet breakfast offered good choices. Staff members displayed genuine helpfulness and maintained a good sense of humor. The beachside restaurant provided very good food overall. I'm still thinking about it!!!
I had a problem with noise in the hallways late at night. It wasn't the hotel's direct fault but impacted my sleep.

The rooms had good air conditioning that worked effectively. New water bottles, coffee, and tea were supplied each morning. It was a charming touch. A comfortable bed made for restful sleep.

This place is right by the beach. You cannot get closer. The location is near key restaurants and bars which is quite convienient. This means quick access to entertainment and dining.

The staff was really nice. They had a good sense of humor. They ensured I had new water bottles, coffee, and tea every morning right outside my door. I loved their approach!!!

The resort has a prime location right on the beach, that was convenient.
The room I got felt pretty outdated and basic. Some of the furniture looked worn, and the bathroom definitely needed some work (the shower was particularly disappointing). the noise from nearby bars went on quite late each night.

free transferfriendly staff
The hotel organized a free and convenient pier pickup service. Rooms were cleaned to A HIGH standard every day. I was able to check in early. They also helped me book ferry tickets. The staff was friendly.
i believe our room was quite a walk away from the pools and restaurants.

the location was very convenient near the center and right on the beach. it was still quiet. the hotel beach was nice. the room size was good.
the last day at check out they showed me a photo of a sheet stained with ink i did not recognize. i was not present when they inspected the room so i could not argue. i had to pay 380 bath from my deposit. the beds were not at all comfortable.
