underwhelming for the price
long queue subpar service
the location is great with easy access to the shopping mall.
The check-in process was a complete circus. i booked a premium room but still faced a long queue and potential delays. This felt unacceptable. i ultimately cancelled my stay because i didn't want to pay so much for subpar service and a theme park-style experience.

beyond expectation!
automated lights perfect blinds massive bed top cleanliness
The automated lights were excellent! the blinds worked perfectly. the massive bed provided very nice comfort. the room aligned well with the pictures and i found it very spacious. the cleanliness was top notch, i appreciated that. i really liked the automated lighting at night. It was just right.
the minibar items were free but very limited. there was a small selection. i wished there was more variety!

the hotel provides free flow water for its guests. free flow coffee is also available. free flow tea completes the beverage options, and it is perfect for enjoying at any time.

The infinity pool is special and is on top of the hotel. It offers unique experiences. the gym provides a space for exercise. the location is central for the city's attractions!

lovely experience
dyson hair dryer comfortable room friendly attendant
the room had a nespresso machine dyson hair dryer chocolates and twg tea i found the view of the gardens amazing the room was comfortable our room attendant was amazing they were the most friendly part of my stay the attention to detail was superb
the front desk staff was barely warm i found them barely cute or friendly it felt very transactional to me there was literally nowhere to sit in the lobby area only a few hard benches

helpful staff fine rooms comfy bed
The staff provided assistance at check-in and check-out. sarah answered all my questions. i dined at koma. Jen and synthia were amazing. the gardens by the bay view from the room was great (a view i'll never forget!).
the front desk service was slow, as i had to wait a long time for assistance.

mixed feelings about the bayside stay
poor service long wait
the gardens by the bay view from the room was acceptable.
I found the front desk service quite poor. It was a weekend, and i politely requested a higher floor, even hinted before the room assignment, but it was tough. they initially said no rooms were available, then offered a 2-3 hour wait. it seemed like they were trying to deter me (and there were obviously rooms available).
