convenient location tube proximity clear communication uncomfortable bed terrible wifi missing mirror
the location was convenient. it was really close to the tube and some great restaurants! i loved the super clear communication from the hosts. they even had coffee and shampoos, score!
the bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. it was the most uncomfortable in all of my european stays! i wished they had a full-length mirror, and the wifi was terrible, ugh. i also needed an extra towel to mop up the damp on the windows every day, bummer

Central Location, Great Amenities
safe location comfortable bed great shower
I found the location excellent. It was a quiet spot and I felt safe. Cafes and eateries are very close, perfect. The tube station is only a 5 minute walk away. The bed was comfortable, and there was more space than I anticipated. The shower was clean and great.
The room was a bit stuffy and warm, the small fan didn't do the greatest job, and it was uncomfortable during the night.

Customer service worked well. Staff addressed an issue promptly. They replaced my broken hairdryer with a new one the next day. This fast resolution.

The studio layout was well equipped. I was very happy to find heated floors in the bathroom. The space includes a minicozinha, and it had everything I needed,. The room was clean.

I found the check in details easy to follow. The premises include excellent transport links. Edgware Road and Paddington are a short walk away. Public transport provided very well connections to any part of city.

Many gastronomic options are very close to the accommodation. There are wide options of all kinds for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Merchant Square is also nearby, offering additional choices.

small bathroom ineffective fan
I was disappointed, the bathroom was really small. It was hardly movable, actually. also, the fan provided wasn't very effective. it was a small fan in the bedroom, and it did little to combat the stuffiness. the lack of ventilation made the room uncomfortable during warmer days. It really affected my stay.

some issues
difficult lock no spare key
the lock was difficult to use. twisting it to lock the door required effort. the key box also proved hard to open. we only received one key. this became an issue when my roommate and i needed to go our separate ways. staff stated nothing could be done as no spare key was available.
