the hotel is very close to harrods , it is just around the corner. francis was also friendly and always greeted me with a big smile and asked about my day. i safety was good as a solo female traveler. i am thankful to all the staff and the hotel.
the shower in my room had very poor water pressure , it was on the fourth floor in room #15. i had to pay to wash my hair at a salon twice during my five-night stay.

i found the location fantastic near harrods. the hotel looks recently refurbished. i saw friendly staff and i plan to book again. the hotel provided new, clean rooms and very helpful service.

the staff gave a warm welcome it was acceptable, i suppose.
The room was quite small. i booked a suite expecting more space, but it felt cramped. also, there was no proper reception area. I had to ring a bell and wait for someone to let me in. it was hardly the grand entrance i anticipated.
