decent stay , some minor issues

the restaurant design is beautiful , it also has an excellent kitchen. i found all the staff members to be friendly and helpful. the hotel grounds and rooms are super clean , a must visit place. breakfast was the best i had on my lombok and bali trip.

the air conditioning was mediocre at best , for that price i expected more. the food was the worst i have had on the entire island. there were very few options that i liked. i am not sure i would return.

I enjoyed the two pools available. These pools offered good views of the landscape. The spa was amazing. I had a three-hour spa treatment there.

The air conditioning was not great and I expected more for that price.

the staff was very kind and friendly they were always willing to help with anything i needed the restaurant was great every meal was delicious and the excursions organized by the hotel were also really fun the spa was a 10/10 experience and the massages were fantastic.
