Lush Paradise Stay
welcome drink spacious room daily pastries frequent housekeeping
The staff greeted us with a special welcome drink upon arrival. The room was quite spacious and the bathroom included a nice design. Housekeeping visited frequently, our room was clean and tidy. Afternoon tea was delivered to our room daily and included sweet pastries.
This sometimes interrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel is surrounded by a lush tropical jungle, that provides a tranquil atmosphere. A river and waterfall are located right on the premises. The resort provides a free shuttle into the nearby town.

The food was delicious and the restaurant offered an amazing singer. Breakfast had many choices and felt very high quality. The hotel prepared afternoon tea and delivered it to the room daily.

Mixed Feelings About the Stay
Breakfast was tasty. It was not a buffet, which I appreciated.
The spa was disappointing. The masseuse didn't listen to my requests about avoiding areas with scabs. I specifically told her not to touch my feet, but she proceeded to massage them. This made relaxing difficult.

Really good Cleanliness and Food
clean room turndown service delicious meal
I stayed for 3 nights. the room was clean, and the turndown service was available. i ate at the hotel most nights and also had breakfast and lunch there. Every meal was delicious and fresh. the staff was very nice and very personable (especially doni, sukma, and saiya!).

The staff greeted us warmly with a refreshing welcome drink. Our room included complimentary afternoon tea served with delicious pastries. I used the shuttle service. It provided convenient transportation to the city.
The spa treatments did not meet my expectations. I thought the quality of the nail services was subpar. It was a rude awakening.

tranquil escape
regular shuttle great breakfast
the staff was very friendly and helpful. the hotel provides a shuttle to town, it runs regularly. it was convenient for exploring the area (i used it every day). i found this helpful. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
the hotel has many stairs, and this could be difficult. i slipped a few times because of the humidity. i suggest caution for those with mobility issues.
