Fantastic Beachfront Stay!

I secured free car ferry travel, a great perk. The staff were friendly and ready to assist with anything I needed. The location could not be more perfect. It's directly on the beach! Getting around to different attractions was simple because of the hotel's perfect location.

My room faced the street at the back. Traffic noise was noticeable.

The lounge and bar area featured comfortable chairs and big windows, a bonus. A sea view and a terrace were available for use on warmer days. I loved it. Friendly staff assisted with luggage at check-in and check-out, a great help.

The kitchen staff were able to meet special dietary requirements and allergies. I appreciated they gave us an earlier dinner time for our group with younger children. It was very helpful. The vast bar and lounge area let us all sit together.

Our high-floor family room offered an amazing sea view. It was lovely. The room was very clean and towels were replaced daily, and I found this great. Everything needed was supplied, and that was a big plus.

The location is amazing with a sandy beach immediately opposite. I loved it. The pier is at the end of the road and the high street is just a few minutes walk away. Several visitor attractions are within walking distance, so great.

my room faced a busy road. i paid quite a bit for the privilege. when i inquired about moving to a quieter room, i was informed it would cost me an extra £500. the decor seemed stuck in some previous decade, showing its age throughout the hotel. the whole experience wasn't exactly what i had hoped for, especially considering the price.

the location was right by the sea. it was a plus.

The room felt outdated and not properly cleaned. dust covered many surfaces in the room and the bathroom had some mold in the shower. i also found the bed uncomfortable. The mattress was too firm, and the pillows were flat.

The hotel's position right on the beach was AMAZING!!! It made access easy. I found the bar with a balcony overseeing the beach to be a great amenity. the wildlife sanctuary along the beach was an unexpected bonus.

My room faced the road behind the hotel. I experienced significant noise pollution. Every car passing generated a loud sound. I really needed a fan.

the location near the beach is special , allowing for peaceful mornings. i found restaurants with options for various dietary needs very close. the communal balcony provided a space to enjoy drinks with a full seaside view , an unexpected benefit. the cleanliness of the pool and jacuzzi was a positive aspect.

the decor felt a little outdated , but this was a very minor detail.
