decent stay but some issues
dim lighting noisy street
the room was very comfy and tidy when i arrived.
I found a few issues that detracted from the experience. the lighting in the bar was very dim. This made it hard to read in the evening. my room faced a busy street. The noise was distracting, especially at night.

lovely food and great staff
friendly staff excellent food
the breakfast options were fabulous. friendly staff helped me, and the pub was very clean. the room i stayed in was spacious and comfortable. staff were helpful and very accommodating.
i booked a better room, but the blinds were damaged. the windows overlooked the air conditioning system above the kitchen. this gave a very unsightly view from the window.

the room included comfortable beds and fluffy pillows. crisp, clean linens were provided, and there was ample space to move around. air conditioning ensured a comfortable temperature. windows can be opened to let in fresh air.

quality furniture comfortable bed wide range quality food
the manager carried my suitcase to my room UPON arrival. he and the staff always smiled. my room had quality furniture , a coffee maker and a very comfortable bed. the range and quality of food impressed me , as did the beers.
the room wasn't large , but it had everything i needed. it was only a minor inconvenience.

the beautiful king room included toiletries , well-stocked tea , coffee , and a great shower. it had a comfortable bed and nice , dark rooms , great for sleeping. the room was appointed very well.

the pub had excellent food , especially the breakfast options. the staff were very friendly and cute. the pub was kept nice and neat. niton offers easy access to the coastal path , allowing you to leave your car behind.

superb experience
hotel quality cute staff excellent facilities
i found the staff great, not intrusive. breakfast was really tasty. towels were lovely and soft. true hotel quality was noticeable. the room itself, it had excellent facilities with air conditioning, i must say. the staff were really cute and helpful too.
The room was looking over a busy road. It was noisy i have to admit.
