The room was cleaned well each day, this was acceptable.
During a rainstorm, the bathroom flooded one night. The next day, the toilet almost overflowed. It was like we were given a bad room and i did not like that.

Breakfast had fresh fruit. I liked it MUCH. The room was large, and it was very bright with three windows. I loved the views. The bed was comfortable. I slept well. The heating worked WELL.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave useful restaurant recommendations. It was appreciated. They organised water taxi pick-up and drop-offs. they were very efficient.

The hotel is set away from central areas, and i LIKED that. Vaporetto stops were nearby. It was easy to get around. this made exploring different parts of the city convenient.

The staff provided a water taxi to the train station during a busy period. They also helped a guest find a lost purse. Beds were comfortable in my room and there was a bathtub.
The staircase seemed like it had not been vacuumed in a while.
