lacking insulation rude staff
The location was certainly convenient. It was a short walk to the tower.
The noise insulation was seriously lacking. I could hear everything from the room above. It sounded like a waterfall when they showered. I asked to move, but the staff claimed nobody was there. This was obviously not true. I found it very frustrating.

great location cute staff
the location was unbeatable near the stadium. breakfast was included and continental. the staff were very cute! though it was simple, it served its purpose.
the bathroom had a bit of dust. though it was minor, i noticed it.

The staff was very friendly! they were also helpful. the location was amazing, it was a short walk to the tower. breakfast was plentiful and good. I especially enjoyed the pastries.
the bathroom smelled strongly of mould! I understand it is hard to keep mould away in old buildings. the door catch was snapped, I worried about security. i also found the paint on the walls looked tattered.

great location comfortable beds extra pillows
i found the location quite good, very close to the main attraction. the room included a kettle and biscuits, also a fridge. beds were comfortable and extra pillows were available upon request.
the pre check in communication was delayed and not clear.

a tender escape
fulfilling breakfast short walk
i found the included breakfast quite fulfilling.. it featured a nice continental spread. the hotel's location felt perfect for accessing the main attractions with ease. it was a very short walk to the famous tower, awesome for spontaneous visits.
the noise insulation within the building was less than ideal. i could hear other guests, which sometimes disrupted quiet moments.

acceptable location, disappointing room
ingrained dirt dirty floor
the location was indeed close to the main attractions.
The room was not clean. I noticed dirt on the floor after walking around for only a short time. the bathroom door had ingrained dirt.. the room felt more like a cell.
