a good getaway

I enjoyed my room upgrade. It gave me access to a semi-private pool. The room also featured a unique loft-style layout. the customer service impressed me, and it contributed positively to my stay. i found the distance from the main area (about 30 minutes) a worthwhile trade for a more relaxed environment. the area felt less crowded, which suited my preference for tranquility (i really needed this!).
the hard bed did impact my sleep quality slightly, but it wasn't a major issue.

The hotel is a few minutes away from the beach. It features plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants. the distance creates a balance between accessibility and quiet. the location is a major asset.

the staff are kind and professional, and they always tried their best to provide the best service. the personnel's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my visit (from the reception to the restaurant). the manager and the staff are commendable.

My stay included access to multiple pools, a detail I especially liked as it never felt crowded (always a place to relax!). The hotel provided luxurious poolside towels. The location was convenient. It was only a short walk to both the beach and a supermarket right around the corner. We rented a car directly from the hotel for two days, facilitating our exploration of the island.
I found the lack of available umbrellas around the main pool somewhat limiting, considering the intense sun.

The staff members were always available and ready to assist guests with any requests. Emile welcomed us with a beaming smile upon arrival at the airport. Anastasia and Victoria worked with Cash and the wider team. They served food, drinks, and provided fun.

The hotel is located just a few minutes from the beach, where guests can find plenty of shops plus bars. A short, lovely stroll leads to various restaurants. The bus to Fira only cost two euros, offering an affordable travel option.

The airport transportation was seamless. They contacted me before arrival to arrange everything, a very nice touch. The team member was always on hand to support me with whatever I needed ( personalized attention!). Cleanliness was excellent. The rooms are cleaned twice daily.
There were no facial tissues provided in the room.
