many shopscaldera viewlow water pressure
the location was acceptable. it was near many shops.
i booked a room with caldera view. it was disappointing. i thought i would have a clear view of the volcano, but the balcony faced sideways. also, the bathroom was small, and the shower had low water pressure.

nice caldera experience

This hotel's location was excellent. my room had a balcony with a wonderful view of the caldera. the breakfast offered many choices and a lovely outdoor eating area. I liked that it was included. all staff were very kind. They were always ready to help.
The pool hours were somewhat limited. It opened at 11am and closed at 7pm.

the room featured two separate sinks. a rainfall shower was also included in the bathroom. the balcony had comfortable seating for two people.

the hotel pool has about twenty loungers. there is also a shaded area near the pool. the breakfast terrace overlooks the caldera and offers panoramic views.
