the room was spacious (i liked the layout).
The parking situation was disappointing. There were only three actual parking spaces available. the ramp intended for parking was being used for storage. the air conditioning did not function well, emitting dust.

the reception staff was really attentive to my needs. the breakfast offered a rich selection of pastries and fresh fruit. i found a dedicated workspace with good lighting in my room for some focused work.
the street outside the hotel can get a little noisy early in the morning.

i really liked the room design with its large balcony. beds were super comfy. the location was convenient with bars and restaurants nearby i could easily walk to. i found the staff very friendly and helpful too
i did notice some wear on the hallway carpets it could use a little updating.

the hotel is located in a residential area not far from the historic center. it is accessible by tram or public transport. this makes it easy to explore the city without needing a car.

the reception staff was very professional and polite both in the evening and in the morning. i found them to be very helpful and responsive to requests. the restaurant staff was also friendly and efficient during my meals.

the rooms are modern and the bathrooms are spacious i had a nice sun deck balcony just outside. complimentary towels slippers and a bathrobe were available and pristine. the bed and pillows were very comfortable too

the room was quite spacious and the bed proved very comfortable. i found the smart tv useful (i could stream my favorite shows!). the staff were generally polite and helpful, which i appreciated.
the hotel parking had very few spaces available. the street parking required payment during the day. the air conditioning was rather noisy, and it seemed to blow out dust at times.
