wonderful stay

the hotel provide professional staff speak multiple languages. the reception desk remain open 24 hours. the extensive breakfast buffet offers fresh fruit and hot coffee. the restaurant on site serves excellent cuisine during dinner time. i consider that all this aspects are valuable.
the pool require extra pay. this came as a slight surprise when i booked it specifically for it.

the gym is well equipped, i noticed. spa services appear nice and very relaxing. pools are running even in winter, offering opportunities for guest use.

staff at reception seem amazing and supportive, according to other guests, particularly andrada and mehaella. andrew, a receptionist, gave upgrade, and helped booked taxis. the breakfast staff seem cute and polite.

The breakfast had a good quality. There was another pool outside, a nice bonus (a good feature on a hot day).
There were no sockets near the bedsides, very inconvenient.
