really good location
helpful staff great view really good position heritage site
the staff was helpful! the view directly overlooked the lovely city. i found the position really good, especially for walking. it was a one-of-a-kind experience to be within a unesco world heritage site.
the room i had felt slightly damp, though it was manageable.

nice cave stay
excellent breakfast helpful staff
i appreciated the excellent breakfast. it had various options including salami, cheese, fruit, and pastries. the staff were kind and helpful and made espressos each morning for me. i also found the location perfect, right in the heart of the city.
the air conditioning was not working. it was hard to remove the humidity, characteristic of the cave. there were no internal locks on the doors. it is important for solo female travellers staying in single rooms somewhere at the top of cave dwellings

staff were very friendly and helpful. everyone at the reception was very friendly and available. the lady at breakfast was lovely, and she prepared my espressos every morning. polite reception staff made for an easy check in.

breakfast has lots of things like salami, cheese, fruit, sweet, baked items. it was the best breakfast of my entire trip. the breakfast offered plenty of both sweet and savory options to suit every need. an excellent breakfast was on offer.

this hotel is in the city centre. the location was excellent. a short walk is required from the parking garage, which the hotel recommended. the location is superb and right in the heart of the historic city.

The staff seemed very cute. A person pointed out local places. I appreciated their local knowledge. Breakfasts presented local produce and was amazing. The hotel enjoys views. This vista presents the best landscape.
A single slipper I saw under my bed was not mine. Cleanliness in corners seem lacking. Doors do not have internal locks, which I found important.

public parking direct view panoramic view
the hotel is located about 300 meters from public parking. my window provided a direct view of the sassi landscape. i found a fantastic panoramic view of the town in the afternoon from the hotel's side.
the air conditioning was not adjustable, so it was very stuffy and i slept poorly

great scenery really good location faulty tv noisy air conditioning
the location is really good. the view from the main building and from our room provided great scenery (especially at night).
the room i stayed in differed from the photos online. the tv was not working, and the air conditioning was very noisy, forcing me to keep it off while sleeping.
