adequate experience
central location decent selection comfortable bed cigarette butts sewage smell terrible food
the location was indeed central. i found it quite useful for exploring the area (no need for long commutes!). the breakfast had a pretty decent selection of items, from yogurt to eggs. the bed was also very comfortable.
i noticed cigarette butts at the room entrance often. the air conditioning started smelling like sewage on the last day (this was not very pleasant). i also thought the food in the restaurant was terrible.

Very nice Cave Hotel Experience!

I was given an early check-in and a free room upgrade, a lovely surprise. The room itself was fine, and the wellness center was equally excellent. The beautiful swimming pool and the two relaxing saunas were greatly appreciated!!!
The front desk staff during the daytime were not always friendly, a slight disappointment.

The breakfast had a decent selection of items available, ranging from fresh fruit to eggs and toast. Yogurt was also available. I enjoyed a good dinner at the hotel restaurant and found it an excellent experience. The cuisine was AMAZING!!!

nice stay in a unique setting
comfortable bed decent selection nearby restaurants
i enjoyed the spacious rooms and the very comfortable bed. the refrigerator stocked with items for purchase was useful.. plus restaurants were nearby. the included breakfast offered a decent selection with yogurt, eggs, toast and fresh fruit. i appreciated the attention to detail in the cave area.
the front desk staff could have been more cute upon arrival. they didn't stand up to greet us but kept their heads down most of the time. i expected a warmer reception for such a unique hotel.

the hotel's location captures the spirit of the area very well. many bars and restaurants are close to the hotel. the bus stop to get to bari is approximately a 17 minute walk.

the spa requires advanced reservation because the maximum capacity is eight guests per hour. the hotel provides chat service for all your needs. it ensures prompt responses and assistance whenever you send messages.

the rooms are spacious and meticulously maintained. every detail is carefully considered. the towels and bed linens are high quality and luxurious. the unique cave setting creates a cool atmosphere.

a balanced stay experience
helpful staff efficient service varied breakfast inhospitable response light stroking street access
the staff WAS amazing. the reception was fantastic, and they organized everything we asked. they were so helpful. the shuttle service was simple and efficient. breakfast included artichokes, fish, grilled vegetables, and many desserts.
we were given just two keys. my DAUGHTER asked about getting her own key, she was met with a less than hospitable response. i booked a massage and instead of a massage i got some light stroking given by a very young frail person. the rooms are in the city streets and people from outside can walk in front of your room.
