i stayed in a superior double or twin room. the staff booked cabs promptly and suggested good places to eat. the breakfast included views of the city from a large upper level room.

the shower drain was a little clogged.

the rooms were quite large with spacious beds. i was close to the convention centre. the breakfast offered a wide selection with a beautiful view. the staff provided help parking my car.

some fixtures in the room need attention. the safe stopped working. doors to cupboards did not fit properly. there was very limited cupboard and drawer space.

the front desk staff demonstrated professionalism. they were also helpful and friendly. they assisted with directions to the supermarket and getting tickets. their support contributed positively to my experience.
