the location is really great, it is close to san marco. vito were really helpful and booked a restaurant for me. he even highlighted places on the map, it was useful.
the room is small, that is right. the humidity were very high, and the ac isnt enough. mosquitos enters when we open the windows.

convenient location welcome snack helpful staff
i found the location convenient near the main attractions i received a welcome snack upon arrival it was a kind gesture the staff provided helpful directions to local spots the air conditioning worked well keeping the room cool.
the lack of an elevator posed a challenge with luggage i found it a bit inconvenient

lacking soundproofing small bathroom
The location was very convenient it allowed easy access to major attractions.
The room lacked proper soundproofing I heard noise from adjacent rooms. The bathroom was also quite small it made maneuvering difficult.

EXCELLENT stay NEAR SAN MARCO
comfortable bed new bathroom central location venetian style
The hotel staff assisted with luggage. The hotel provided directions and recommendations. My room included a comfortable bed. I found the ensuite bathroom completely new. The reception operates for twenty four hours. I enjoyed the central location. This hotel is close to attractions and restaurants. A traditional venetian style in the room was observed. Little chocolates were on arrival.
The room decoration looked a little OLD.

The staff was always willing to HELP. I noticed they provided assistance with carrying luggage. This service extended beyond basic tasks. The team offered personalized directions and great suggestions. This enhanced the guest experience significantly.
