the staff was cute and professional. breakfast had a wonderful view of the park and the water fountain across the road. the hotel is in a walkable location to restaurants and shops (it is convenient).

the rooms are not well sound insulated. i did not appreciate hearing toilet sounds from the room above me. the premises seem a bit dated.
