retro charm near the airport
water views delicious meals great location welcome breakfast
I was pleased with the water views from my room. the meals were delicious. I particularly enjoyed the loaded chips with garlic butter and mushroom sauce. the hotel location worked well for my airport stopover.. the included breakfast was also a welcome surprise with cornflakes and fruit.
the furnishings looked a bit dated.

parking was easy, and check-in was efficient. the water pressure in the shower was superb too. the building has character, evident in retro details like the tea and coffee facilities and i found the building quiet.

the hotel is close to the airport. its proximity allows quick access, while still offering a restful place. the views of the surrounding water enhance the experience.

i had an excellent dinner at the restaurant, with a great selection of meals at a reasonable price. the breakfast included cornflakes and fruit. popping downstairs for dinner, drinks and dessert is very easy.

special ambiance superb staff lovely gardens
The ambiance was special. A standout example of a traditional pub in the area. The staff were superb. Their service really stood out. I found lovely gardens perfect for a stroll. They bordered the water on three sides.
The room lacked air conditioning. The room was uncomfortably muggy and hot. A simple fan from a discount store was the only cooling provided.

The building sat close to the bay. Water bordered three sides of the hotel. I found gardens available for walking. This made for a relaxing atmosphere! It had proximity to attractions and amenities.

i found ample parking on the grounds. the gardens looked beautiful and well kept. breakfast options were delicious. the room was very cozy and clean.
the mattress felt slightly uncomfortable, and the pillows were not ideal.
