the staff were kind. breakfast was plentiful with diverse choices. our room included a safe and an ironing board. car parking felt safe and secure just outside.
the water in the shower got too hot, since turning towards cold would stop the water flow.

the breakfast was awesome. karen booked breakfast and dinner, it always came exactly on time. the rooms are big and easy to work in with a desk, sofa and everything you need (it was a lovely space).
the room was not aired before our arrival, so it smelled very musty. the restaurant was not open. i was served in the entrance area of the hotel (it was odd).

The breakfast was served directly to my room at the time I requested, very convenient. The room included tea and coffee facilities, as well as an iron and hairdryer. I found a usb charger in the room (that was useful). The location is quiet. I could walk easily to nearby areas.
I noticed that the bathroom toiletries were provided in dispensers, I prefer small bottles.
