many options friendly staff tidy place stained carpet closed bar bereavement reason
The breakfast had many options. Full english was enough. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The whole place was clean and tidy, a PLUS. Town centre was a short walking distance. This was very convenient.
The carpet in my room WAS disgusting. It was covered in stains, unfortunately. The hotel bar was closed. This happened because of a bereavement.
