the room was very clean and warm. there was even a single bed in addition to the double bed i booked. i was very happy with the amenities.
I believe the hotel is housing homeless people. It created an odd atmosphere. i felt somewhat uncomfortable at breakfast. Staff seemed to eye us with suspicion.

the location was close to the town centre. it was easy to walk there.
the room was not what i expected. i asked for a double but they gave me a twin. i had some neck pain because of this and the pillow had a strange odor. i also found the fridge was too bright at night.

the breakfast buffet cost about £7 it included a full english breakfast. the room service food tasted good and was cheap the food came directly to the room for only £13. the mattress was comfortable and there were two pillows per person
there was a bit too much noise at night it was sometimes difficult to sleep

I got upgraded to a bigger room. It had two bedroom areas, one with a single bed and another with a king size bed. A large fridge was in the room (very useful!). I found good lighting, and the shower was nice and hot. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was really good with a good selection of halal and vegetarian options. Food was fresh. The eating area was clean and well presented.
