Acceptable, but Could Be Better
the pools were massive, and my kid enjoyed the waterslide.
The musty smell in my room was quite unpleasant. I was in room 2116 and it was pretty noticeable. also, the pool behind reception looked a bit green. I didn't feel like swimming there

Excellent Hotel and Service
beach location good coffee
The location directly at the beach was very convenient. I enjoyed the pools, especially the one near the beach. The breakfast had an excellent selection and very good coffee. We asked for a room downstairs, and the reception staff was able to accommodate our request quickly. The room was close to the reception, breakfast area, and pool.

A stay with some minor issues
large pools pretty grounds thai architecture damp sheets noisy air conditioning hotel maintenance
i found the pools to be very large. there are three very large pools. the gardens and grounds are pretty. i enjoyed the thai style architecture.
the sheets feels damp in the room. also the air conditioning IS noisy. the hotel dosen't feels very maintained.

clean pools breakfast choice effective air conditioning
The pools are very clean , spacious and offer fun with a water slide. Breakfast had many options and took place in a cool area. Air conditioning in villas worked effectively , also they provided milk for tea and a mattress topper upon request.
The hotel has a great concept , but it is currently very clear that the hotel is in an uncertain transitional phase , and waiting for new investors.

Fantastic stay!
modern rooms friendly staff
I loved that the hotel has pools with a bar. The rooms are modern and kept well. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's a short walk to the shops and restaurants on the main strip. This made the location very convenient for exploring.
The pillows smelled moldy. The air was humid.

large pools buffet breakfast easy access
I enjoyed the two large swimming pools. They were clean and well kept. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of choices each morning. The location provided easy access to the main street with its bars and restaurants. The staff provided friendly and helpful service.
