the breakfast was excellent a good start to the day
i had a disappointing experience with the room service it took over an hour to receive my order the food arrived cold and the presentation was poor furthermore the minibar was not restocked daily as promised i expected better attention to detail

I found the rooms large and well appointed. They also felt comfortable. The staff welcomed me warmly and were always friendly. The food on site was of a high standard. there were frequent happy hours. A short walk got me to many bars and restaurants nearby. This was very useful.

the breakfast was acceptable, i guess. it certainly had variety (i especially liked the sushi).
the all-inclusive thing was a total joke. the 'small menu' they kept pushing got old fast. basic stuff like ice cream weren't even included, i mean, seriously? plus, they tried to get me to pay extra for the lobster buffet. paying extra wouldn't be an issue, but getting a table was impossible because of the crowds.

i ABSOLUTELY loved my time here. The staff were super attentive and anticipated my needs. The food at the Kokulo Beach Club was really good and the breakfast offered varied choices daily.
The evening entertainment could be improved. Although the fire show was great, there could be more variety in the program.

There are beautiful spacious pools that maintained the perfect temperature for swimming and relaxation. The hotel location is also wonderful, it is within walking distance to essential amenities like massage parlors and local eateries. Bang Niang Markets are nearby.
