i booked four nights but left after three. i asked about the heating because it wasn't working but staff said none was available this time of year. this reminded me of false advertising. it was a frustrating experience.

the room was gorgeous and so light. it featured tall ceilings and huge bay windows. the continental breakfast is perfect, lots of choice. homemade cake was fine!!!
i paid for four nights but only stayed for three. i paid at the hotel when i got there so i was very disappointed. the lady at reception wasn't very understanding.
