The location was indeed central. It was quite close to many attractions.
The room was uncomfortably hot, forcing me to sleep with the window open. The noise from the street was awful. The room cleaning was also somewhat subpar..

fantastic stay central spot

i found the location central i was so close to everything i wanted to see. the staff were super friendly and helpful always ready with a smile and local tips. i was thrilled to find the beds so comfortable after long days exploring and i always slept soundly. the cleanliness was perfect i really appreciated that.
i did notice the lift seemed a little shaky it could probably use some maintenance.

the hotel enjoys a prime location near the city center and various attractions and there is easy access to transportation options for exploring the surrounding areas. there are also diverse dining and entertainment choices available just steps from the hotel.

my budget double room had fresh towels and toiletries plus complimentary tea and coffee making facilities for a refreshing start to my mornings. the room was equipped with a flat screen tv with cable channels and free wifi access throughout my stay.

Excellent City Center Stay

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city. I received a breakfast voucher for a nearby cafe, the cappuccino barwith great value and a lovely breakfast. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to every need.
The room lacked proper storage space. There was no dedicated area to place clothes. the bathroom bin was not emptied, it was a bit inconvenient.

The room included a coffee machine, tea facilities, and slippers. There was a rainfall shower. The bathroom was very clean. A new elevator provides convenient access to all floors, a great help with luggage.

The reception is open 24 hours a day. The staff are friendly and helpful. They were very kind holding my luggage both on arrival and departure allowing me to explore the city unhindered.

the hotel location is central. it sits close to many attractions, a major plus.
my room suffered from several problems. the bathroom light flickered a lot, that was annoying. also, the staff did nothing to address the issue.

The location was amazing for my needs. i attended a gig at the olympia theatre, almost across the road. a spacious room was allocated to me on the 5th floor. It had complimentary amenities including water and a coffee machine.
The window didn't close properly. Cold air came in, blew the curtains, and made a lot of noise until late.

the hotel provided the ability to drop bags off before check-in and after check-out, really helpful. a lift is available for accessing higher floors, but i did not use it.
