A Valentine's Dream, Where Every Detail Sparkles

I loved the warm welcome received upon arrival. The food was great with so much attention to detail. The hotel staff were really nice too. They even helped with charging my phone. I had forgotten the charger.
My room needed some upgrading, it looked a little tired. The bathroom and room could have been cleaner. The hand shower head was not clean. Tea and coffee making facilities were lacking, there was no coffee and no milk.

The restaurant provided really good meals. I particularly savored the fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. They created a good culinary experience. The service was attentive and enhanced the romantic atmosphere. I felt pampered.

my stay wasnt great. breakfast service started late one morning and i had to leave without eating. the rooms temperature was uninviting, it felt cold. the carpets was not clean. also, i asked for tea but the tray was empty.

The location provided tranquil views, especially from the outdoor decked area overlooking the river and garden. The staff demonstrated attentiveness. They accommodated an early departure with offered sandwiches, ensuring I didn't miss breakfast. The bed proved comfortable, contributing to a restful night after a long day. The provided food was AMAZING!!!
I noticed some cobwebs in the window frame, in addition to the beginnings of mould forming on the shower ceiling.

the bedroom was beautiful, and the shower was lovely. my room was spacious and gave a wonderful view over the river and gardens. the bed offered great comfort and the bathroom was adequate with a very good shower and hot water, which i found particularly appealing.
the evening menu was quite pricey, and the combinations were strange.
