The staff accommodated every request promptly. I found the gym had modern equipment. The sauna offered a relaxing experience after workouts. I appreciated how easy it was to reach various attractions from the hotel, though the surroundings were very busy.
The room service menu had fewer options late at night, a MINOR inconvenience.

My standard twin room spa access included two comfortable twin beds. The room also had a minibar stocked with a selection of drinks. The bathroom featured a walk-in shower with good water pressure, a pleasant surprise.

The hotel gym had three treadmills with individual screens. The spa area included a sauna, a steam room, and a jacuzzi. I noticed the lobby included several seating areas , all decorated luxuriously.

the room had a city view, and it was spacious (i could really spread out). i appreciated the electric kettle with complimentary tea and sugar provided in the room. the plug in the bathtub was repaired within minutes after i reported it, i was impressed by the prompt service.
the hotel furnishings seemed like they could use some updating.

The breakfast had great variety. The staff were very polite. The location is very convenient (close to many attractions).
The air conditioning in my room did not work properly. I had to request a fix multiple times. I was eventually offered an upgrade at an additional cost (which i took).
