The hotel boasts magnificent architecture and decor. I found the Art Deco and Balkans Baroque style appealing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, with a live piano player and a selection of Serbian dishes. I appreciated the hotel's central location very much, it allowed easy access to many attractions.
The cleaning was rushed . I feel the bathroom could have been cleaner.

uninterested staffold rooms
the service was really slow (i was waiting ages just to order a drink). the staff seemed uninterested. the rooms are quite old and could use some improvements. the shower head barely worked, and it was really difficult to get the temperature right.

The breakfast had great variety. The staff were very polite. The location is very convenient (close to many attractions).
The air conditioning in my room did not work properly. I had to request a fix multiple times. I was eventually offered an upgrade at an additional cost (which i took).
