dirty areafood poisoning
The pool area lacked attention. Staff did not clear tables or sweep the floor. this made the area look unkempt. i also experienced food poisoning after dining at the hotel's restaurant. staff had to frequently check item availability whenever i ordered food. Two of my orders were unavailable!!! this is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

the staff tried their best to accommodate our needs. thanh ensured that we received what we requested. the rooms are spacious and clean. modern furnishings and fittings are present.
the pillow case had a bad smell of hair oil. i believe it was not changed recently. i had a hard time falling asleep because of the bedding hygiene. the level 6 pool cafe service was very bad.
