the location was really great. it was close to many places i wanted to visit. the live music was a nice touch to the evening. the restaurant on-site was a pleasant surprise. i found some excellent dishes there.
The absence of windows in the room was quite noticeable. it did. the internet connection was not always stable. I experienced interruptions. i also found the noise from the bar extended late into the night. It disturbed my sleep.

i loved how the hotel provided a peaceful atmosphere amid the lively chinatown area. Housekeeping was really good , ensuring the room was super clean daily. The staff showed genuine care and attentiveness. i especially enjoyed the welcome tea upon arrival , such a kind gesture.
the hallways had a slight musty scent, not the most cute touch.

The room I stayed in had issues. The air conditioning was quite loud. It made sleep difficult (even with earplugs). The safe was also not working. I reported this issue, but it was never resolved . I found that quite annoying.

I found the hotel decor excellent. It had fine details in the lobby and atriums! the silk robes provided were a nice touch to the room. the staff offered great service. They kept the hotel very clean.
the bed, though comfortable, was two single beds pushed together, a bit inconvenient!
