The hotel had a beautiful location and the staff was helpful when i needed something. the room i booked was clean. The bed offered a comfortable sleep. i found a taxi readily available just outside the front door, very convenient.

The pool area felt spacious. breakfast and dinner buffets offered good options. I enjoyed the variety of choices. the hotel featured creative interior design, and the views from my balcony were lovely.

The breakfast selection was extensive and enjoyable. I found many items to choose from. the breakfast is fantastic. i appreciated the delicious food and the convenience. service was prompt. The staff was very accommodating.

The dinner buffet was disappointing. The food quality was not what i expected. I found the selection limited and some dishes were lukewarm, a HUGE letdown. The parking situation was also frustrating. Spaces were hard to find and often quite distant from the entrance. This added unnecessary stress to my arrival and departure.

The restaurants were always fully booked, so it was never possible for me to make a reservation. Also the entertainment options were limited. The spa required an extra fee and did not include a sauna. I found the lack of available dining and limited activities disappointing.

the location was great. the swimming pool area had comfortable sunbeds. i appreciated the friendly service i received at the bar.
the breakfast lacked variety for a five-star hotel. the gym was quite small and it only had limited equipment available, so i could not properly exercise.
