central Spot With Great features.
central location friendly staff
The location was great near shops and the beach. I couldn't have asked for more. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly AND helpful. The hotel was very clean and everything was spot on.
The rooftop bar was not open. I tried to visit it three times . I found it strange that it was always dark at 11pm. The fridge in my room did not work, and despite reporting it three times, it never got fixed.

decent stay overall
varied breakfast cute staff peeling paint faulty shower
the breakfast offered many choices. i especially liked the staff, so cute. the service was great, it really stood out to me.
The room i had was a bit run down, paint was peeling in the bathroom. the shower was also not great. Getting water required manipulating the taps in a certain way.

The location was pretty good for getting around.
The elevators were a constant source of frustration. It took ages to get one, especially during peak times. Waits of 10-15 minutes were not uncommon. The rooftop bar was also disappointing because it wasn't open often.

clean room great location excellent breakfast kind staff
i found my room very clean, basically like new. the location suited me perfectly. breakfast offered excellent value for the price i paid, and the staff were kind. it was a really good experience.
the elevators sometimes took a while during peak hours.

The location was convenient. The room featured necessary amenities. Staff members were both friendly and efficient. Bar prices are reasonable. I appreciated the hotel's central and accessible location. It was very convenient for all our planned visits.
The lifts experienced delays during peak hours. It sometimes took up to fifteen minutes to get down to breakfast.

the location is central. breakfast offered a wide range of options. the glass elevator to the rooftop terrace on the 20th floor provided excellent photo opportunities.
The indoor pool didn't open until 9 am. This felt somewhat late.

The staff provided excellent service from arrival until departure. I found the reception team warm and helpful. The location was very convenient, close to attractions and public transport. Breakfast offered a good selection, including cava.
