the location is fantastic! it is right in the heart of bakırköy, just a one-minute walk from capacity mall. our room was fresh, clean, and tidied every day. all the staff were kind and helpful, service was excellent!
The mattress protector made me sweat. The jacuzzi tub seemed a bit old. there was some dirt coming out when the water was drained, i noticed a cigarette smell in the hallways
