I must thank miraysu, the manager for really good care. She was very helpful . She addressed my questions with kindness and professionalism. Her great support.
I found that while the staff were generally polite, the level of English proficiency varied slightly.

Staff members are polite and care about your comfort. Ahmet is a very good manager and the staff are also helpful. The staff also helped me in an extraordinary situation, and i thank him very much for that.

i found the staff very accommodating . they allowed an early check-in upon my arrival. the team, including caner bey, eda, veysel, furkan, murtaza, and erdi, was helpful. the hotel offered convenient access to transportation. the suite i received was well-designed and spacious. the bed was comfortable. the room was equipped with all essential amenities. everything was clean and well-kept. this. i appreciated the hotel spa. i also liked the hotel's proximity to shopping areas. overall i was satisfied with my stay.
the pool requires swim caps and they charge a fee if you don't have one. this information was not clearly indicated beforehand. i found this slightly inconvenient at the time.

the room had two separate sinks with ample counter space. the rainfall shower provided a relaxing experience. a comfortable work desk was available. the room size was adequate for a business traveler.
