excellent receptionmissing balconynoise issue
the breakfast had a lovely serving staff. the young man at reception was also excellent helping us with maps and suggestions for restaurants.
i specifically booked a room with a balcony, but i was given one without. i was very tired and didn't have time to complain then. the main reason i chose this hotel was because of the balcony option. the rooms are advertised as soundproof, but i could clearly hear voices.

My room wasn't properly soundproofed. I heard group tours LOUDLY. i specifically booked a room WITH a balcony, but mine didn't have one, quite annoying. the breakfast was nothing special Either.

i received a welcome drink upon arrival, really thoughtful. a staff member handled the parking, which i appreciated. my room got an upgrade to a larger room (it was really helpful after a long trip). sweets were delivered to my room.
the gym was somewhat small, limiting workout options.

breakfast included a tasty variety of fruits and local products. the restaurant has a terrace, which offers a relaxing space to enjoy meals (i really enjoyed my coffee there).
