The staff was helpful. They provided a complimentary early check-in. additional facilities were available in the room at no extra cost. they were always present, either at reception or on our floor if assistance was needed. they even helped in calling a taxi.

i thought the room was quite small for the price. the hotel advertised a rooftop terrace online but it was only in the penthouse suite. it also failed to mention this fact. the walls were not soundproof. i heard hallway noises which kept me awake.
