the room was very clean. staff were very responsive. i had a situation after returning home and i needed a document. i emailed twice the day after my stay. i received responses to both emails in less than an hour. i really appreciated the quick response time.
the free parking is quite limited at only nine spots, though i was lucky to find one.

The hotel is located within an easy walk to the city centre. it is also close to the bus and train station. there is the thames path nearby. Great for walking and exploration.

The room was very clean with everything I needed. The location was great, really convenient. I also found the parking availability to be EXCELLENT.
The stairs were steep. The breakfast had a small continental selection. The staff at reception was not friendly, sadly.
