mixed experience at the hotel
dark alley spa experience
The back gate closes early, a real inconvenience after dinner at the beach. getting back in required shouting and waiting in a dark alley with barking dogs. the spa experience was also disappointing. I specifically requested no touching in private areas during my body scrub, but this request was ignored. the resort didn't deliver a good experience.

constant traffic noise
the breakfast buffet had many options. it was adequate.
My room faced a busy street and the noise was unbearable. i heard constant traffic and honking all night. It made sleeping impossible. the staff didn't seem concerned and offered no real solutions.

the resort boasts beautiful balinese villas nestled in lush, tropical private gardens. it is maintained meticulously, and every corner exudes tranquility. the proximity to the beach is a major plus!

superb stay near the harbour
helpful staff breakfast choices convenient lift
i liked the staff, they were very helpful. breakfast included good choices. its location near the harbour made travel easy. i particularly appreciated the convenient free lift offered to the harbour.
My room had a couple mosquitoes. I spent some time dealing with this issue.

decent stay near the beach
attentive staff seaside exploration free wifi limited access muddy floor impure bathroom
the staff was attentive (i have to say!). the hotel provided bicycles, and i explored the seaside. free wifi connection was available at all times.
the gate accessing the beach wasn't open early enough for sunrise viewing. the floor in my room was muddy. the bathroom also seemed impure.
