the location is quite secluded, it really was like i was getting away from everything. the grounds are beautiful, i saw three different pools . the staff were helpful and seemed friendly.
I found the lack of soundproofing in the room problematic. I could hear neighbors. coffee at breakfast was an additional charge, i found that a bit odd. It started early in the morning..

The grounds were maintained by a team of gardeners (they do a great job!). The spa was amazing and I recommend the hot bamboo massage if you are knotted up. There are some nice restaurants surrounding the area. I went out and explored. I used the private taxi tours inside the hotel reception. The service was great.
On arrival at the lobby it was very busy. I seemed like a number within the first few exchanges. Not a great first impression. We went for breakfast and struggled to find a table. there were long queues for the coffee machine. I left having barely eaten anything.

Decent Stay, Some Issues
dirty floorbroken lock
I encountered a few problems . The floor in my room was not very clean upon arrival. the door lock was broken. I needed assistance from the staff to open it TWICE, inconvenient. Hopefully, they fix things soon.
