the location provided easy access to nearby shops and greenwich park. transport links were also convenient. i found the available facilities great. friendly reception staff greeted me upon arrival.
i noticed some wear on the curtains and rust in the bathroom.

The studio apartment i stayed in was spacious. it had amenities including an iron, toaster, kettle, fridge, coffee machine, hot plates, and a dishwasher. I found it very useful. the neighborhood was quiet, a peaceful escape. i also found greenwich station close to the apartments, very convenient for my travels.
i stayed for a few nights and noticed the parking instructions lacked clarity, a minor inconvenience.

The location was amazing. It was an easy walk to the train station. the staff seemed happy and ready to help with any questions i had. i even received a welcome pack. This pack contained a cute note and some snacks (i devoured the chocolate!).
the ac temperature was centrally controlled. i needed assistance from reception to adjust the temperature. it was a slight inconvenience.

the receptionist was friendly and efficient. my room included a kitchenette with a coffee machine and fridge. the double aspect provided good views from room 310. i found the shower to be great.
i had to ask multiple times for garbage to be cleared from the bin. bed linen was changed twice during my long stay. i also requested towels that needed changing after five days and received stained towels.
