I found location to be great for accessing shops. My room included convenient kitchenette features. Hotel breakfast had a sufficient number of options for all tastes. I liked that there was good access to public transportation.
I found locating the hotel within the mall to be tricky at first.

I found transport links were easy to access. A large shopping mall with numerous shops sits right on the doorstep. Staff were friendly and helpful. I chose a room including a kitchen and all equipment was present.
The hotel is in a mall so it can be a small challenge finding the hotel first.

The room was spacious for our familywith a very comfortable bed. Everything was clean and housekeeping was very good each day. We had a suite including two rooms and a kitchen which was comfortable.

unavailable roommissing towels
i had booked a king studio kitchenette accessible. i arrived and this room was unavailable i was instead given a smaller room. i found this bait and switch disappointing. also the promised extra towels never showed up i had to call again the next day about it.
