The front desk staff was very kind and cute. The hotel kept the pool very clean. It was a romantic spot. I found the rooms were well-stocked with water, a tender touch. The in-room fridge was a blessing for cooling my drinks.
The gym was a little bit smaller than i anticipated, though it had all the basics.

The hotel had a large swimming pool. I could see the pyramids while swimming. There are many sun loungers around the pool . The gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes for workouts.

The hotel provides a taxi service to sightseeing locations, very tender, and i noticed the drivers were helpful. The front of house staff always had a smile, a tender detail i noted! The reception helped me to book for restaurants.

Breakfast included a very tasty buffet, it felt tender. The chefs frequently came out and smiled, i appreciate the detail! The food was very good every day with a great selection.

the staff was very cute. i especially appreciated the help from dina. the room had a comfortable bed and a nice view. i also liked that it was close to the new grand egyptian museum. this location made visiting the pyramids very convenient.
the hotel is near a busy road, so i had to take a taxi to reach the museum, although it seemed close.

Excellent Service and Fine Pyramid Views

The hotel offered an upgraded room with a balcony and a amazing view of the pyramids. The public relations manager, Dina, provided really good care .. I found her attention to detail particularly excellent. The breakfast had a wide variety of options.
The lady at reception who checked us out was not as friendly as one would expect from a 5-star hotel. Upon arrival, the luggage service was prompt. At check-out, no assistance was offered with the suitcases to the car.

Breakfast included a wide assortment of choices. The hotel restaurants manager and his team provided excellent service at both the pool and the restaurant. A surprise dinner at Gardinio restaurant offered a fantastic experience.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the pyramids. Taxi rides to nearby attractions took only a few minutes. The proximity allowed for easy access to explore the area.

The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool and pyramids. The sunrise views and the evenings spent outside appreciating the scenery were quite nice. The space allowed comfortable relaxation.

The staff demonstrated friendliness and attentiveness making me feel welcome. The front desk team, especially Mr Ahmed, delivered excellent service. Housekeeping staff, Carima and Ahmed, paid close attention to detail ensuring the room remained lovely.
