the staff was very helpful and accommodating. the service i received was prompt. the rooms were big and well-designed, they felt fresh.
The windows were not insulated. I could hear traffic noise. the furniture felt worn. the scent diffusers in common areas were too strong, they irritated my eyes a little. I do have allergies, though.

The staff was friendly. the food at vivo restaurant was excellent. My husband had the lamb chops and thought they were the best he had ever tasted. i had the ravioli stuffed with shrimp. they were amazing. the breakfast in the morning had everything you could think of.

I loved the breakfast. The chef even brought freshly made ballady bread one morning! bab el sharq was also lovely. the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The room was not very clean. A piece of peanut was stuck to the sink. at night, the room smelled like sewage. This really ruined my stay.
