some issues need addressing
dusty smellground floor
The family room smelled horribly dusty. It triggered my allergies. i wasn't expecting this in a family room, especially on the ground floor. the staff should look into this. It really affected the stay for all of us.

the room included a king size bed i found very comfortable and the wardrobe space was large i think. there was also a nice ensuite shower room i found, a definite plus.
the ground floor room had a slightly dusty smell when i entered, not a big deal i would say.

the room was clean and the bed was comfy. i went for breakfast at the sister hotel.. it was tasty and great value for money. i would definitely recommend both.

on-street parking is limited, but two public car parks are really close. the main promenade is less than a 5 min walk. a tram stop is right opposite the road where this accommodation is situated.

The room was spacious and very clean. I found PERFECT location for our venue. I appreciated easy instructions for parking and entry. The room also had plenty of tea and coffee facilities.

The Beautiful Family Room included two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. This suited our family perfectly! The room included fresh towels, toiletries, and ample storage space for luggage. The beds were very comfortable. I slept VERY WELL.
