standard stay near the airport
friendly staff quiet room small television excessive parking
the staff was friendly and helpful . the room was quiet, and i appreciated that (i needed to rest well before my flight).
the television in the room was quite small. also, i thought paying the full 24-hour rate for parking, even though i only needed about 8 hours, was excessive.

wow! what an amazing experience!
early check-in great restaurant amazing coffee clean room
The staff arranged an early check-in. I didn't stay overnight, fantastic. the restaurant had great snacks! it had amazing coffees, too. the room, it was perfect, clean, and very tidy.
The air conditioning was quite noisy. It made it a bit difficult to sleep well, i hope they fix this minor issue soon!

slow elevator missing mini-fridge
the location was great, very close to the airport.
The room felt outdated. the elevator was slow and made strange noises. It definitely needed an update. also, i found the lack of a mini-fridge very frustrating, especially for storing drinks and snacks.

bathroom hairs hard bed
the staff was helpful at check in.
i was not happy with some aspects of my room. i found hairs in the bathroom. the television remote did not work, so i had to call the front desk for assistance. the bed was quite hard, and i did not sleep well .

Excellent Airport Hotel Experience
convenient location modern room comfortable furnishings great breakfast
The hotel is very close to the bus stop. It made my commute to Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3 convenient. My room was modern with comfortable furnishings. I liked the great breakfast buffet and the short walk to the bus stop for trips into London.
The room's temperature wasn't easy to adjust, and it remained a bit cold despite my efforts.

The hotel boasts a well-equipped gym. I noted three treadmills. I saw two stationary bikes were available. The breakfast area is large and well-kept, with staff continuously replenishing the buffet items. There is also free WiFi, easily accesible throughout the premises.
