I just had the most amazing time here! The hotel offered a free shuttle to the port which was convenient. The staff was also so friendly and helpful, especially the two men at reception.
My room did have some black mold on the wall, which I found a bit unsettling. the hotel is located way out of town, on a hill. This could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues because there were a lot of steps.

the staff was generally polite and helpful, which i appreciated.
our room supposedly had a private pool, but it wasn't private. it was right next to another room's balcony. i was like i was intruding on their space when i tried to use the pool. plus, the room decor seemed quite dated and felt a bit like a generic rental.

I found the staff hospitable. Everyone, from reception to the restaurant, was amazing. they readily assisted with anything i needed (i appreciated that a lot) and helped arrange boat tours. i also liked that the hotel rooms were very beautiful and spacious. the breakfast was great (especially the fresh pastries!).

the room was modern and clean (i appreciated the minimalist design). it featured a semi-private pool that i shared with the rooms next door. i only used this pool and did not feel a need to use the main pool of the hotel.

the hotel offers a frequent and free shuttle service. the shuttle goes to town and back. this made accessing the main attractions very easy. this saved me from having to find transportation.

the pool area at the hotel has a pleasant atmosphere with a nice pool bar. this bar is open fairly late. i noticed it was open until at least 11pm. i enjoyed spending my evenings there.
