convenient bus complimentary transfer sandy beach
the hotel is very close to the beach and offers a convenient bus stop nearby. i appreciated the complimentary transfer service from the ferry port to the airport. the beach directly in front of the hotel is beautiful and sandy with sunbeds available to rent.
the hotel provided only one glass in my room for two people. i requested an additional glass, but the front office did not fulfill my request despite my attempts.

mixed experience
lack of empathy transactional approach
the inclusive breakfast met expectations.
the receptionist lacked empathy during a medical emergency. she focused more on payment for an extra night than assisting my friend. this transactional approach was appalling during a stressful situation and i advise against staying here if you expect basic care.

outdated furniture boring breakfast
The hotel did have a decent location near the beach.
My room was far from what I expected. The photos online were misleading. The furniture was outdated, and the room felt smaller than advertised. The breakfast was boring. It was the same items every morning without variation.

convenient location friendly staff
the location was perfect with a bus stop right outside. buses ran every hour!). i really appreciated the friendly staff, who offered water with drinks, and made sure i stayed hydrated. the proximity to the beach and the nearby mini market was very convenient.
the hotel is built on a steep hill. while there is disabled access, pushing a wheelchair in the heat seemed very challenging.

the staff provided complimentary transport from the airport. the service was fast and perfectly on time. i received a croissant even though i was late for breakfast. free transfer was available.

The airport transfer was complimentary. I really appreciated this service. Breakfast had a good selection of items. I could see cruise ships from the hotel. This view was interesting.
Some waiters seemed gloomy, showing a lack of smiles. The pool closes relatively early, specifically at 19:00. The room was old and a bit shabby.

amazing breakfast airport transfer sea view
I think the staff were nice. The hotel offered a free airport transfer and it was great. Breakfast had an amazing sitting area and it looked out over the sea.
Our room included just one glass and that was not enough for two people.

a fairly good stay
sea view baked goods kind staff thin wall long walk
the view from my superior room sea view it was a beauty! i could watch the sea all day. the staff i met they were really kind. the breakfast was included and had fresh baked goods.
the walls felt thin and it seemed i could hear everything outside. i had quite a walk uphill to get to my room, which it did make me tired.
